Gown Rental
Terms & Conditions
BOOKINGS
- Please make your booking directly via our store in person.
- We take bookings up to 6 months in advance.
- Your booking will be secured when the deposit is paid in full.
- We may ask for photo ID, credit card details or other forms of identification for identity verification purposes. In the event that you are unable to provide the requested document, we reserve the right to refuse your booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your booking subject to the following:
(a) To secure a booking, a deposit equal to 50% of your total invoice amount must be paid immediately.
(b) Deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-negotiable.
(c) If a booking is cancelled more than 60 days prior to the scheduled gown collection date, no cancellation fee will apply.
(d) If a booking is cancelled between 30-59 days prior to the scheduled gown collection date, a cancellation fee equivalent to 75% of the total invoice amount will be charged.
(e) If a booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the scheduled gown collection date, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total invoice amount will be charged.
(f) By paying the deposit to secure your booking, you agree to these terms.
PAYMENT
- In order to secure your booking, you must pay 50% of your total invoice in advance as non refundable deposits. The remaining rental fee for the products must be paid upon collection.
- If you have made a booking under any of our current package below RM500, you must make the full payment of the products upon booking.
- In the event an invoice is issued for payment for any reason, then payment shall due within seven (7) days from the date of the invoice.
PLEASE NOTE:
YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO RENT OUR PRODUCTS UNTIL FULL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.
COLLECTION
- If you wish to collect your products on a specific day, you must inform us at least 7 days prior to collection date.
- If your event is less than 48 hours, we ask that you visit our store and book in store before placing your booking so we can confirm that your chosen product is available.
- On the day of collection, you must pay RM500 as security deposit, which will be refunded once you have returned the product to Weddinator Studio.
RETURNS
- You must return the product to Weddinator Studio by the agreed date and time as stated in the gown rental agreement or otherwise late fee will apply.
- You agree:
a) to treat the products with the upmost of care;
b) not to remove any tags from the products (if any);
c) that no alteration, modification or changes will be made in any way to our products;
d) not to cause any damage to our products.
- In the event that you breached the above (a) to (d), you agree to pay the full price of our products.
LATE FEE POLICY
- If you return our products late, you will incur RM100 per day for each of our product.
- If you have not returned our products after 20 days since the return date, you agree to pay the full amount of our products with no exceptions allowed.
CLEANING
- Professional cleaning is included in your rental fee and you agree that no attempts will be made to clean, alter, iron/press our products unless otherwise agreed.
- You agree not to hold Weddinator Studio liable for any health-related complaints or issues associated with our products.
